Good things take time – but not too much time. Most of our prescription glasses are ready in about 5 to 10 business days, depending on your lenses and any extras like tints or coatings. Need them sooner? Let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I claim my health fund benefits on new glasses?
Yes! If you’ve got private health insurance with extras cover, chances are you can claim part of your new glasses or prescription sunnies. Bring your health fund card in-store, and we’ll sort your claim on the spot. Alternatively we can send you an itemised invoice if shopping online.
Do you offer different lens options?
Absolutely. We have everything from standard clear lenses to blue light filters, photochromic lenses that adjust in sunlight, and tinted or coloured lenses. If you’re unsure what’s best for you, our team is always here to help you choose.
